Double Double
I was working an early shift at Tim Hortons drive thru.
"Good morning, may I take your order?" I asked.
"Yes ma'am, can I get a large double double." he replied.
"Sure thing sir. That will be $1.80 at the next window." Next thing I know, this car drives up to my window. I rubbed my eyes...was I seeing this right? There was a dog in the driver's seat, and the dog was wearing glasses! Instead of handing the dog the coffee I chugged it, threw my apron on the ground, then told my boss I was going home! And then I woke up...
A great story that made me laugh at the ending. A great way to tie in a dog wearing glasses. I can tell you have taken the time to work on punctuation for dialogue.
